Amy Zion is a curator and writer living in New York City. As of fall 2016, she is a part-time faculty member at CCS, Bard College and New York contributing editor of Momus. In 2017, Zion is guest curator of the 3rd People’s Biennial, co-curated by Jens Hoffmann and Harrell Fletcher. She has worked on many exhibitions internationally including: the Danish pavilion at the 56th Venice Biennale; “Rasmus Rohling: A.U.T.O.E.N.U.C.L.E.A.T.I.O.N., Sismografo, Porto; Slip of the Tongue, Pinault Foundation, Punta della dogana, Venice (2015); and Tell it to my heart – Collected by Julie Ault (2013–14). She has published articles and criticism in, among others, frieze, Fillip, WdW Review and Momus. Zion was associate editor of Fillip (2007–15), and has edited monographs including Danh Vo: Go Mo Ni Ma Da (Musee d’art moderne de la ville de Paris, 2014) and Abbas Akhavan (Skira, forthcoming 2017).
