Julien Seroussi (1977, Paris), holds a Phd in sociology from Université Paris-Sorbonne. He is a member of the French International Crime Unit, which investigates crimes against humanity, genocide and war crimes. Before that, he worked as an analyst for the Trial Division at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague. In English, he published “The Cause of Universal Jursidiction.
