Sagrario Berti is a photography historian and researcher of contemporary visual culture. Her research focuses on the cultural trajectory of photographs, archival material, prehispanic artifacts, visual art and craft objects. She holds an MA in Art History from Sussex University, England; a Certificate Program in Preservation, Conservation and Practical Archiving from George Eastman House & International Museum of Photography and Film, Rochester, New York; a in BA with a major in Film from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, Caracas. She works independently as a researcher, curator and photo editor.
