In 2019 Witte de With started a series of fellowships as a continuation of the Work-Learn Project that started in September 2018. Three participants of the Work-Learn Project can sign up for this fellowship. They will work two days a week and help to expand and improve the content in Melly.

The intention is that these young people can apply their own interests and skills and therefore realize their own approach to a cultural organization that would reflect contemporary society and all its cross-fertilization.

The fellows are guided by the Curator of Collective Learning, to discuss and evaluate progress.
